Casa al Ponte Scudi is an informal luxury apartment of about 80 sq mt., housed in an ancient 13th century Franciscan convent. Located on the ground floor, it consists of an entrance hall, a large living room with separate kitchen, a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, an alcove with two single beds and a second bathroom with a big shower. The house has 4 windows overlooking the canal, hi-speed WiFi connection, Marshall speaker with Spotify bespoke playlist, Smart TV, Nespresso Coffee, AC system and great design details.
Recently renovated, Casa al Ponte Scudi peculiarity is having 4 windows overlooking the canal, its tranquillity although its central location and its mix matching style with antique Venetian furnitures and contemporary design pieces. Located in betwen San Marco and the Arsenale venue, it is the best place to experience Biennale and the most typical part of the city.
Location
Casa al Ponte Scudi is located in the Castello district, one of the least-known and least touristy. It encompasses the entire eastern portion of the island and features many impressive monuments, some outstanding restaurants and the famous Biennale art installations venues of Arsenale and Giardini. Castello is probably the most varied and greenery of all the other Sestieri. Just few bridges away from the apartment the visitors can enjoy the coolest city areas, such as via Garibaldi, a place where people gather at the end of the day, while just at a stone thrown (5’) from the apartment, crossing less than 3 bridges, the visitors can reach San Marco square (5′).
