Description
A 3 Bed-Rooms, 2 Bath-Rooms, 130 sqm luxury apt, right overlooking the lake, with swimming pool. Designed by an architect, it comfortably accommodates up to 5/6 people. The apartment is located less than 50 meters from the beach and the lake-front stroll, visible from the terrace & windows. Close to restaurants, the city centre, and supermarkets (300m), the apartment is provided with a condominium swimming pool and a large garage, available throughout the stay. Casa Peler features precious design furniture and can accommodate a family up to 5/6 people. A very large living-room displays a colorful design sofa and crystal table and a large flat Satellite TV, a sound bar and other multimedia amenities. Two large terraces overlooking the lake and a very well equipped kitchen (also served by a service balcony), complete the offer.
The apartment has got three bed-rooms, the first equipped with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a TV set. The second is equipped with three single beds (a bunk bed + one extractable bed) and a TV set with integrated DVD player. The third room, that is the smallest (9 sqm), is ideal for a single person, and it is equipped with a standard single sized sofa bed.
A large bathroom with Jacuzzi shower, serves these last two rooms.
The apartment is pratically on the beach and very close to supermarket and the city center. In the condominium swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, the guests will find three resident sun-beads within other three portable ones, stuck in the garage, that can be brought also to the beach. A large garage, equipped with complimentary bicycles canoa and sport stuff, is a safe place for a station-wagon car, motor-bikes or mountain-bikes.
Location
Toscolano Maderno is the ideal place to stay to visit Garda lake. It is just in the middle of where everything is. It is in between Salò and Riva del Garda and just few kilometers away from Gargnano, Gardone and Bogliaco. From Toscolano you can take the ferry boat and easily reach the other side of the lake, Desenzano, Garda and Malcesine, but do not forget to pay a visit to Sirmione and the amazing Grotte di Catullo, which is one of the ancient heritage of the romanic culture.

S. Andrea’s Cathedral – Piazza Maderno, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (Bs)
St. Andrew’s cathedral probably built on an ancient pagan temple, using Roman ancient stones, dates back to XII century. It’s one of the most important examples of Lombard Romanesque architecture with influences of Verona art style.
The Church of Saints Peter & Paul – Piazzale S. Maria del Benaco, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (Bs)
Built in 1584 upon the remains of the old roman parish, it is dedicated to St. Peter. It shows an austere façade that dated back to the XVII century, enriched by the statues of St. Peter and two angels and also by elaborated marble columns. Two of them belonged to the adjacent roman villa.
The parish church of Maderno dedicated to St. Andrew – P.zza San Marco, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (Bs)
It was built on the ruins of the castle in 1775 and inaugurated in 1825. The bell tower is the only remaining tower of the medieval castle. In the new parish church of Sant’Andrea you can see important paintings such as the renaissance altar piece of Sant’Ercolano by Paolo Caliari called “Il Veronese” (1528-1588).
Bulgheroni Palace – Via Benamati,
This palace belonged to the Convent of “Padri Serviti” of San Pietro Martire and its park communicated directly with the convent. It wasthen purchased by Gonzaga in the mid-seventeenth century and in 1712 it passed to the Royal House of Austria.
Paper museum – Via Valle delle Cartiere, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (BS)
The Paper Centre in Maina Inferiore is a fascinating production site that has been converted into an exhibition venue and museum. Here you can see how paper production developed, from its origins to the 20th century. The visit starts from the 16th century old part of the factory, which contains reproductions of 15th-18th century machinery and equipment, and continues through large rooms on the upper floor devoted to the development of paper production at the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.
The “Nonii Arrii“ Roman Villa – Piazzale S. Maria del Benaco, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (Bs)
Located a few meters before the entrance to the paper mill in Toscolano, the Roman villa of Nonii Arrii is one of the most important residential buildings present in the Roman time on the shores of Lake Garda.
The general layout, dimensions, architectural and decorative features insert it in the group of villas on the shores of the lake, whose best-known examples are the villas of Sirmione, (“Grotte di Catullo”) and Desenzano del Garda.
Zanardelli Promenade – Via Lungolago Zanardelli, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (BS)
A long and beautiful walk along the lake allows you to go from the entrance of the Gulf of Maderno starting in via Roma to “Lido degli Ulivi” in Toscolano. The current promenade is the result of a series of rearrangement of the road. In 1902 it was built the first section of the raod to allow direct access to the pier.
Serraglio Park – Via Montana, 25088 Toscolano Maderno (BS)
The park of Serraglio is a public park and can be visited continuing uphill along the road passing the houses of the private residence.
Last, but not least, don’t foget to pay a visit to:
Salò, Gardone Riviera, Gargnano, Limone, Riva, Sirmione, Desenzano, Malcesine and Torri del Benaco. All the destinations can be easily reached by car, ferry boat or water taxi. All of them do have an excellence like Villa Feltrinelli in Gargnano, the famous Limonaie in Limone, the city centers with Luxury shopping of Desenzano and Salò, the ancient Romanic Villa of Desenzano and the amazing grotte di Catullo and the Castle for Sirmione.
Do not forget to see the Vittoriale of the Italians in Gardone, the famous mansion of the poet Gabriele d’Annunzio.
