Francesco's adventure in the culinary world began in Sicily, his homeland, where he discovered the magic of transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes. This passion led him to Venice, where he continued his culinary journey. Today, after a decade of experience in the sector, he is nationally recognized as an expert in cold technology, collaborating with prestigious brands such as Coldline, Vaqua and Neff. The Cooking Class mastered by Francesco will be an interactive experience, where each participant get his hands dirty to create delicious dishes. As a child, to keep him calm, his mother made Thomas stand on the chair next to the stove and explained him every step of her cooking. This is how his passion for cooking and good food was born. His grandfather, a butcher and fisherman, taught him the handling and art of preserving food. He is not a son of art, but he learned the imprint of his passion from his family. His training begins with restaurant work as Food & Beverage Manager, then training at the European Center and the Chef Academy. Today his cuisine is a mix of techniques and knowledge that makes it natural, innovative, gourmet and healthy. Spices, flowers, medicinal herbs and essential oils are part of what Thomas creates every day. All you have to do is come and taste.
